What the agent does

1. Locate the subject (a project, site, skill, spec, portfolio, a URL, or a paste). Record identity. For a URL, include the path, not only the host.
2. Establish the intended audience and included surfaces.
3. Look for a matching earlier review before writing. Identity and scope must match. If none match, start an initial review.
4. Inspect the discovery-to-first-use path and consequential claims when they bear on the seven dimensions.
5. Write a new dated run folder. Do not overwrite a prior review.
6. Write report.md, the scorecard, findings, and coverage. Hand them over. Do not edit the subject.

A later pass with a matching earlier report, or one they attached, is a comparison. An explicit comparison between different subjects is allowed.

CraftAssay reports first-use friction when it affects usefulness, clarity, quality, or the other scores. It does not issue a release-readiness verdict. That conclusion is Cold-eye.
