Report

report.md is what you read. The skill writes it into a new dated run folder. It does not overwrite a prior review.

  1. Main judgment
  2. Coverage and limits
  3. Scoring definitions
  4. Scorecard
  5. Per-project critique, including subject identity
  6. Highest-confidence errors and claim issues
  7. Prioritized actions
  8. Comparison with a matching baseline, when one exists

Every material finding has an id, a classification, a surface, evidence, a consequence, a priority, and either the smallest useful correction or a specific verification step. Drop vague criticism. Keep a concrete unresolved question when the next check is clear.

Scores are whole numbers from 1 to 10, or NR. Accuracy is not a runtime bug rate. A clean review is allowed.

The full contract is specification v1.1, rubric v1.0.
